Bank Documentation definition

Bank Documentation means notes, memoranda, reports, lists, records, drawings, sketches, specifications, software programs, books, files, forms, papers, accounts, data, documentation or other materials of any nature and in any form, whether written, printed, or in digital format or otherwise, whether prepared or paid for by Employee or anyone else, relating to any matter within the scope of the Bank's business affairs or concerning any of its dealings or affairs.
Bank Documentation means the documents short particulars of which are contained in Schedule 6;
Bank Documentation means the Facility Agreement and security documentation relating to the Bank Facilities

Examples of Bank Documentation in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise described in Bank Documentation, a “Business” or “Business Organization” shall be a corporate, limited liability company, limited company, or other legal entity formed under the laws of the jurisdiction of its formation, any governmental organization, or validly created trust.

  • The Bank Documentation will contain yield protection provisions, customary for facilities of this nature, protecting the Lenders in the event of unavailability of LIBOR, breakage losses, reserve and capital adequacy requirements.
