Bank Collateral Documents definition

Bank Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Term Loan Facility Collateral Documents and the Revolving Credit Facility Collateral Documents.
Bank Collateral Documents means the security agreements, pledge agreements and other documents or instruments executed by the Company to provide for Liens on Collateral as security for Bank Credit Facility Obligations.

Bank Collateral Documents means each Bank Loan Document which grants a security interest, lien or mortgage in any asset of the Borrower, Chargit or the Transferor.
