Bank Case definition

Bank Case means the information material dated on or about January 2008 titled “Bank Case” for the Target and the Group as agreed and accepted by the Parent and the Lender as set out in Schedule 9 (Bank Case);
Bank Case means a case developed by the Borrower in connection with the Acquisition, consisting of i.e. a consolidated opening balance sheet, consolidated P & L forecast, balance sheet and cash flow projections and repayment schedule covering the period from when the Acquisition takes place until at least the latest Final Maturity Date.
