Bank Assignment definition

Bank Assignment shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.1(a) of the Participation Agreement.
Bank Assignment the Loan Transfer Supplement, dated as of December 22, 1997, among the Transferor Lenders and Credit Lyonnais, substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Agreement.

More Definitions of Bank Assignment

Bank Assignment means an assignment and acceptance entered into by an assigning Bank and an assignee Bank, and accepted by the Agent, in accordance with Section 8.07 and in substantially the form of Exhibit 8.07 hereto.

  • Lender Assignment Agreement means an assignment agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto.
