Bancos tendra el significado previsto en el parrafo introductorio del presente. "Listado de Libros del Banco" significa el listado de todos los libros utilizados por el Banco dentro de su operatoria, con la indicacion del ultimo folio utilizado a la Fecha de Celebracion de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el articulo 72, inciso 4 de ▇▇ ▇▇▇ de Quiebras. "Acuerdo y Documentacion de Reestructuracion de Deuda Bancaria" tendra el significado previsto en los Considerandos del presente, segun el detalle incluido en Anexo III. "Tribunal de Quiebras" significa un tribunal argentino en lo comercial que sea competente respecto del Procedimiento de APE.
