That the Parties have entered into on July 27, 2011, a revolving Credit Line Agreement, pursuant to which Santander and Bancomext have made available to the Borrower, a revolving credit line agreement, with the appearance and agreement of the Joint Obligors of the Borrower (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
