Bamboo means Bamboo Technology Group Limited (registration number 03583387) whose registered office address is at The Green House, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. “Bamboo Helpdesk” means the helpdesk for customers operated by Bamboo Technology Group Limited for and on behalf of Bamboo. “Bamboo System” means the system and software used by Bamboo for the time being to record details of the Customer, inventory, call and billing data and to provide the Services. “Bamboo’s Website” means the website for customers operated by Bamboo Technology Group Limited for and on behalf of Bamboo. “Value Added Services” means the value added Services such as installation, insurance and repair etc. as may be made available from time to time by Bamboo to the Customer. “Warranty Period” means the period of the manufacturer’s warranty in respect of any Equipment supplied by Bamboo to the Customer under this Agreement.

  • The Warranty Holder must inspect the Flooring for Manufacturing Defects caused by improper milling, grading, staining, and coating, and report any such defects to Cali Bamboo, prior to installation of the Flooring.

  • Cali Bamboo reserves the right to retain a certified and independent National Wood Flooring Association Inspector (“NWFA Inspector”) to verify the Warranty Holder’s warranty claims.

  • The determination of the NWFA Inspector regarding the warranty claim is not binding on either Cali Bamboo or on Warranty Holder.
