The Parties contemplate that, while a substantial portion of the Company's business will be conducted in the Washington, D.C. - Baltimore Metropolitan Area, the Executive will maintain a permanent residence in the New York Metropolitan Area and the Executive will pay for all costs of commuting between Washington, D.C. and New York, subject to such reimbursement as may be provided pursuant to Section 8(b)(i).
