BALCONY & UTILITY AREA definition
BALCONY & UTILITY AREA means the area of the balcony or verandah, as the case may be, which is appurtenant to the net usable floor area of a unit, meant for exclusive use of a Sub- Lessee, as well as the area of the utility, store and/or any other spaces for general purposes meant for exclusive use of a Sub-Lessee.
