Balance Sheet Amount definition

Balance Sheet Amount shall have the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement.
Balance Sheet Amount means, in respect of any Indebtedness of a person at any time, the amount which would be included in respect of the Indebtedness in a statement of financial position of the relevant person prepared at the relevant time in accordance with applicable law and, save as expressly excluded in the definition of Indebtedness, GAAP;
Balance Sheet Amount means current assets less current liabilities, in the attached Balance Sheet.

  • Not later than 60 days after the ------------------------------- Closing Date, Genesis will distribute to the Genesis Members their allocable share of the members' capital of Genesis as of the Closing Date which is in excess of the Minimum Balance Sheet Amount.

More Definitions of Balance Sheet Amount

Balance Sheet Amount means an amount equal to $128,600,000 minus the CorpAcq Holder Facilitated Financing Amount (if any).
Balance Sheet Amount means the lesser of (A) $3,000,000,000 and (B) $1,500,000,000 plus the sum of (i) the Class A Excess Cash and (ii) the Class B Excess Cash.
Balance Sheet Amount means the net asset amount shown on the April Balance Sheet, calculated in accordance with the Accounting Calculation.
