balance settlement means determination of the balance in a manner which permits, during every trading period, to draw up a balance for a market participant, to ascertain the amount of open supply and, in the case of deviations from the balance, to draw up a corresponding report;

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Section 3.3 of the Operating Agreement.
