BAIS definition

BAIS and Icon CMT Corp. ("GSP") is entered into effective as of the 17th day of October, 1997 (hereinafter "Agreement"), and sets forth the terms and conditions under which GSP shall provide Interlata transmission services to end users that subscribe to BAIS Internet access services.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed as creating a joint venture or partnership between GSP and BAIS.

  • The GSP shall establish this service within 90 days of being notified by BAIS that it meets initial GSP service requirements.
