Bain Capital Group definition
Bain Capital Group means the AIFM, the Portfolio Manager, the Special Shareholder, their respective Affiliates, wholly-owned subsidiaries and successors and current and certain former officers, employees, members and partners, and entities, the majority of the economic interests in which are owned by one or more of them, excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, the portfolio companies managed by any of the foregoing.
Bain Capital Group means the AIFM Group and Bain Capital Private Equity, their predecessors, and, where the context permits, their wholly-owned subsidiaries and Affiliates excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, the portfolio companies managed by any of the foregoing.
