Until after the expiration of all applicable statutes of limitations, the provisions of this paragraph shall survive the termination of this Guaranty, and any satisfaction and discharge of the Company by virtue of any payment, court order or United States, Canadian, Republic of Cyprus, Bailiwick of Guernsey or other federal, provincial, territorial or state law.
