Bailee Notice definition
Bailee Notice means a notice from the Security Provider to a Bailee substantially in the form of Exhibit 3 (Form of Bailee Notice). The term Collateral means all personal property, wherever located, in which the Security Provider now has or later acquires any right, title or interest, including all:
