Bailed Goods definition

Bailed Goods means any goods left with the Company by a Bailor or any Goods in the possession of the Company.
Bailed Goods means <INSERT DESCRIPTION OF BAILED GOODS – eg ‘all new, demonstrator and used vehicle stock’ or ‘all ‘goods’ (as defined under the PPS Act)’> that have been bailed from time to time or otherwise supplied to the Grantor under the Bailment Arrangements;
Bailed Goods means any goods left with the Company by a Customer or any Goods in the possession of the Company the title to which has passed to the Purchaser under clause 8.1.

Examples of Bailed Goods in a sentence

  • Goods means any Bailed Goods which remain uncollected for a period of 7 days after the Company issues a Notice to Collect.

  • The Company may sell or otherwise dispose of such Bailed Goods pursuant to clause 10.3 as principal and not as agent and the Company is not the trustee or the power of sale.

  • For the purposes of this Contract, and in particular this clause as a whole, the Company shall be deemed to have custody and possession of the Bailed Goods whether the Bailed Goods are in the actual physical custody and possession of the Company (or its subcontractors, servants or agents on the Company's behalf), and whether or not the Company is in possession of any documents of title relating to the Bailed Goods.

  • The Purchaser agrees that the Company has possession of the Goods within the meaning of section 24 of the PPS Act, even if the Bailed Goods are in the possession of the Company's subcontractors, servants or agents.

  • Authorizing the Members of the BoD in accordance with the article 6/10 of Regulation on Procedures and Principles on Acceptance and Withdrawal of Deposits, Participation Funds and Deposits, Participation Funds, The Bailed Goods and Receivables That Have Been Barred by Prescription".

  • Metcash may sell or otherwise dispose of any Bailed Goods recovered by Metcash pursuant to this clause 6 in its absolute discretion and on its own account, without limitation to any other rights which Metcash may have.

  • Finished Goods means completed goods which require no additional processing or manufacturing to be sold to third party customers by the Loan Parties in the ordinary course of business.

Household goods do not include property moving from a factory or store, unless the property was purchased by the householder with intent to use the property in his or her dwelling, the property is transported at the request of the householder, and the householder pays the carrier's transportation charges either directly or indirectly.

  • Product Inventory means all inventory owned as of the Closing by Seller or any Affiliate thereof of finished Product that is in conformance with the Specifications and has an expiration date of October 1, 2016 or later, regardless of whether such inventory is held at a location or facility of Seller or any Affiliate (or of any other Person on behalf of Seller or any Affiliate, including in any of Seller’s warehouses, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or consignees) or in transit to or from Seller or any Affiliate (or any such other Person).

  • Inventory is all “inventory” as defined in the Code in effect on the date hereof with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all merchandise, raw materials, parts, supplies, packing and shipping materials, work in process and finished products, including without limitation such inventory as is temporarily out of Borrower’s custody or possession or in transit and including any returned goods and any documents of title representing any of the above.

  • Locally manufactured goods means goods whose value, either in whole or in part, is derived from growing, producing, processing, assembling, or manufacturing activities that occur within a city-based manufacturer's facility located within the city.

  • Unsaleable liquor merchandise means a container that:

  • Inventories means “Inventories” as defined in the Uniform System of Accounts, such as, but not limited to, provisions in storerooms, refrigerators, pantries and kitchens; beverages in wine cellars and bars; other merchandise intended for sale; fuel; mechanical supplies; stationery; and other expensed supplies and similar items.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Perishable goods means personal property maintained under controlled conditions for its preservation, and susceptible to loss or damage if the controlled conditions change.

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.

  • Inventory Appraisal means (a) on the Closing Date, the appraisal prepared by Great American Group dated June 2007 and (b) thereafter, the most recent inventory appraisal conducted by an independent appraisal firm pursuant to Section 9.2(b).

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
