bail-inable liabilities definition

bail-inable liabilities means the liabilities and capital instruments that do not qualify as Common Equity Tier 1, Ad­ ditional Tier 1 or Tier 2 instruments of an institution or entity referred to in point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 1(1) and that are not excluded from the scope of the bail-in tool pursuant to Article 44(2);
bail-inable liabilities means the liabilities, including those liabilities that give rise to accounting provisions, and capital instruments that do not qualify as Common Equity Tier 1, Additional Tier 1 or Tier 2 instruments of an entity as referred to in Article 2 and that are not excluded from the scope of the bail-in tool pursuant to Article 27(3);’;

Related to bail-inable liabilities

  • Eligible Liabilities and “Special Deposits” have the meanings given to them from time to time under or pursuant to the Bank of England Act 1998 or (as may be appropriate) by the Bank of England;

  • MREL Eligible Liabilities means “eligible liabilities” (or any equivalent or successor term) which are available to meet any MREL Requirement (however called or defined by then Applicable MREL Regulations) of the Issuer under Applicable MREL Regulations;

  • Product Liabilities means any Liability arising out of, relating to or resulting from actual or alleged harm, injury, damage or death to persons in connection with the use of any product (including in any clinical trial or study);

  • Intra-Group Liabilities means the Liabilities owed by any member of the Group to any of the Intra-Group Lenders.

  • Parent Liabilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).
