BAIFA definition

BAIFA means the Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority, a joint exercise of powers agency formed under the California Joint Exercise of Powers Act with jurisdiction over the operation of the BAIFA toll facilities.
BAIFA means the joint powers authority between the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and the Bay Area Toll Authority, which oversees the planning, financing, construction and operation of freeway express lanes and related transportation projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.

  • MTC and BAIFA are the only Parties entitled to enforce the terms of this Agreement, and nothing in this Agreement gives, is intended to give, or shall be construed to give or provide any benefit or right to any third-party.

  • Additional Provisions: Each policy or policies of insurance described in UCommercial General Liability InsuranceU, above shall contain the following provisions: • Inclusion of MTC, MTC SAFE, BATA, BAIFA, BAHA, the 375 ▇▇▇▇▇ Condominium Corporation, ABAG, the LCPs, and their respective commissioners, board members, officers, representatives, agents and employees, as additional insureds with respect to work or operations in connection with this Agreement.

  • BAIFA will consider comments from SMCTA, C/CAG, and the SMCELJPA on TOLL SYSTEM and BACKHAUL NETWORK COMMUNICATIONS documentation if provided within a reasonable time based on the project schedule.

  • Bait means any salt, mineral, grain, or other feed. Salt or mineral blocks used for normal agricultural practices are not considered bait.
