BAGGAGE CLAIM definition

BAGGAGE CLAIM means notification by a passenger that his baggage has been lost, damaged, delayed, pilfered or stolen and may originate in the form of a report prepared on behalf of the passenger by airline personnel, which may or may not entitle the passenger to receive compensation.

  • Baggage means luggage, and personal possessions and travel documents; whether owned, borrowed, or rented, taken by the Insured on the Trip.
