Bad Checks definition

Bad Checks. Any check returned for “Non Sufficient Funds" automatically changes the account terms to C.O.D. cash (cashier's check, money order). A service charge of $35.00 will be charged to the Dealer for each Non Sufficient Funds returned check. Any order placed subsequent to the return of a check for Non Sufficient Funds may be held by MD Audio until the returned check has cleared.
