Bad Batches definition
Bad Batches means batches of Product, other than those referred to ----------- in Section 8.2, which either (i) are lost in production; (ii) are determined by ----------- final decision of APP's quality group to be not suitable for final release; or (iii) or are properly rejected by the ABI Parties under Section 9 of this --------- Manufacturing Agreement.
Examples of Bad Batches in a sentence
The Actual Costs shall include an allowance for the costs of Bad Batches, as set forth in Section 10.6(B).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bad Batches shall not include pilot or pilot scale batches.
