BACKWEB and any other trademarks and service marks adopted by BackWeb to identify the Programs and other BackWeb products and services belong to BackWeb; Emony will have no rights in such marks, except as expressly set forth herein and as specified in writing from time to time. Emony shall have the right to use BackWeb's trademarks solely in furtherance of its distribution activities under this Agreement and such use of BackWeb's trademarks shall be under BackWeb's trademark policies and procedures in effect from time-to-time.
