Backup Software definition

Backup Software means software which will be made available by the Provider to the Customer in accordance with this Agreement, for the purpose of backing up the Customer Data;
Backup Software a program that we install on your computer to backup your data to our Data Storage.
Backup Software means the software installed on one or more Customer servers or installed on the Customer’s On-Site Appliance(s) and used to collect the Customer data and direct it to the Data Vault;

Examples of Backup Software in a sentence

  • The backup copy will be created locally on the Customer Systems and the Backup Software will then attempt to upload a copy of the backup to the Backup Platform.

  • The Backup Software is not designed to be a COMPLETE backup system, nor is any guarantee offered that is 100% fail-safe (see Clause 14).

  • Upon procurement of the Backup Software Licensure, LightEdge will contact Customer and coordinate the installation and configuration of the Agents.
