Backup Manager definition

Backup Manager means Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, not in its individual capacity but solely as Backup Manager under the Backup Management Agreement and its permitted successors and assigns.
Backup Manager shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
