Backhaul Services definition

Backhaul Services means, with respect to a Site, the transmission of voice, video, internet or data originating from T-Mobile Collocator or a Tower Subtenant Communications Equipment base station appurtenant to such Site.

  • Each invoice shall contain the same information as provided under the Original Agreement immediately prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, additional, similar information with respect to the Broadband Backhaul Services and Other Services, and any additional information as the Parties may otherwise agree.

  • As requested by Customer or Vendor, Customer and Vendor shall review the Service Levels described in this Schedule C and shall make mutually agreed-upon adjustments to them as appropriate to reflect performance capabilities associated with advances in the technology and methods used to provide the Broadband Backhaul Services.

  • Customer will begin providing the Broadband Backhaul Services to its end-customers as soon as reasonably practicable after Customer completes its acceptance testing.

  • Vendor will assign a Program Management Team that will be responsible for the management of the provision of Broadband Backhaul Services as a whole.
