Background Service definition

Background Service means a Licensed Service which does not allow members of the public present at the End Customer’s Site to select the Musical Work(s) or Audio-Visual Material that is played at the End Customer’s Site. "Catalogue Number(s)" shall mean the identifying ▇▇▇▇(s) applied by the Licensee for the purposes of clause 14.4.
