Background Information Document definition
Background Information Document means the Background Information Document provided to the Operator by the Owner during the bidding process that preceded this Contract;
Background Information Document means the Background Information Document provided to the Contractor by KMDA during the bidding process that preceded this Contract;
Background Information Document means all Project background information provided to all the Bidders by the Authority during the Bid Process;
