Back Pair definition

Back Pair means a type of Play in which a Player wagers on the last two (2) digits of a Pick 3 number. The Player wins if the last two (2) digits of the Pick 3 number drawn match EXACTLY the last two (2) Pick 3 digits on which the wager was placed. An X appears on a Pick 3 Back Pair retail Ticket to denote the non-wagered digit (Example: X23).

  • Observation Look-Back Period means the period specified in the Final Terms; and

  • Look-back Period means, with respect to any Employment Violation by Grantee, the period beginning on the date which is 12 months prior to the date of such Employment Violation by Grantee and ending on the date of computation of the Recapture Amount with respect to such Employment Violation.

  • Key Pair means a Private Key and associated Public Key.

  • Underlying Reference Strike Price means, in respect of an Underlying Reference, the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference on the Strike Date.

  • Performance Option means an Incentive Stock Option or Nonqualified Stock Option, the grant of which or the exercisability of all or a portion of which is contingent upon the attainment of specified Performance Measures within a specified Performance Period.
