Back Office Systems definition

Back Office Systems means the following computer systems and their functional substitutes: Spok/WebXchange (electronic phonebook); Digital Control Systems/Micros (food services registers); Lawson Accounts Payable; Lawson Activities Mgmt (project accounting and activities-based costing); Lawson Asset Mgmt (depreciation and reporting requirements); Lawson General Ledger; Allscripts (data transfer); and Axiom.
Back Office Systems means with the internal information technology and data processing systems, facilities and services used by or for an entity, including all related Software, hardware, networks, communications facilities and platforms.
Back Office Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(m).

  • SLA and remedies do not apply when latency or system issues are experienced with AT&T or Third Party Vendor systems, e.g.: Care, Telegence, Siebel, NBO, Oracle, other Back Office Systems.

  • Client acknowledges and agrees that it will be necessary for EUROPHONE or its supplier(s)/service providers to periodically install patches and maintenance fixes to its Back Office Systems to perform the Services.

  • This fee entitles you to 16 hour per day/7 days per week support (only level 1 calls outside of normal corporate office hours) for the RRIS, which currently includes software for the POS system, Back Office System, Communications/Polling, and menu administration for POS and Back Office Systems, but may be changed by us (including deletion/addition/modification of features, benefits or otherwise) in the future in the exercise of our reasonable business judgment.
