Back Door Service definition

Back Door Service means any physical location for the placement of Solid Waste or Recyclable Materials on the customer's property intended fo r Residential Collection Service and dispos al that is not "Curbside/Roadside."
Back Door Service means an additional service available for residents at an additional cost set forth in Exhibit A where a Customer sets its Recyclable Materials and/or Residential Trash in Wheeled Carts at the top of their driveway or comparable spot where the Wheeled cart(s) are clearly visible from the street. Back Door Service is not available for any Residential Materials besides Recyclable Materials and Residential Trash (e.g., no Bulky Waste, construction and demolition debris, white goods, Landscape Waste, etc.)
Back Door Service means the Collection of Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials on a Customer’s property at a location that is not Curbside.

Examples of Back Door Service in a sentence

  • If the Contractor provides Back Door Service to a disabled Customer pursuant to Section 7.8, the Contractor shall be paid the Rate for Residential Collection Service to a Class I Customer, but the Contractor will not receive any additional Rate or fee for Back Door Collection Service.

  • The Contractor shall provide Back Door Service to the Customer on the scheduled collection day when Residential Collection Service would otherwise be provided to the Customer.

  • The Contractor's employees shall not trespass on private property; provided, however, the Contractor's employees may walk on a Customer's property when necessary to provide Collection Service (e.g., Back Door Service) or hang a notice (e.g., a Non-Collection Notice; notice of property damage) on the Customer's doorknob pursuant to this Agreement.
