E-Check means any check which You authorize the payee to process electronically. For joint accounts, read singular pronouns in the plural.
Police Check means a formal inquiry made to the relevant police authority in each State or Territory and designed to obtain details of an individual’s criminal conviction or a finding of guilt in all places (within and outside Australia) that the Grantee knows the person has resided in;
Self-Check means an integrated function that checks for a system failure on a continuous basis at least while the system is active.
Baggage Check means those portions of the Ticket which relate to the carriage of your Checked Baggage.
Check means a draft, other than a documentary draft, payable on demand and drawn on a bank or a cashier's check or teller's check. An instrument may be a check even though it is described on its face by another term, such as “money order”.
User seal check or "fit check" means an action conducted by the respirator user to determine if the respirator is properly seated to the face. Examples include negative pressure check, positive pressure check, irritant smoke check, or isoamyl acetate check.
Certified check means a check accepted by the bank on which it is drawn. Acceptance may be made as stated in subsection (1) or by a writing on the check which indicates that the check is certified. Write-Down Amount means, for any Collection Period for any 180-day Receivable or Repossessed Receivable, the excess of (a) the Principal Balance plus accrued and unpaid interest of such Receivable as of the last day of the Collection Period during which such Receivable became a 180-day Receivable or Repossessed Receivable, as the case may be, over (b) the estimated realizable value of such Receivable, as determined by the Servicer in accordance with its normal servicing procedures for the related Collection Period, which amount may be adjusted to zero by the Servicer in accordance with its normal servicing procedures if such Receivable has ceased to be a 180-day Receivable as provided in the definition of “180-day Receivable.”
Total Loss Proceeds means the proceeds of any insurance or any compensation or similar payment arising in respect of a Total Loss.
Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.
Check casher means a person or entity that, for compensation, engages, in whole
EFT means electronic funds transfer.
Check 21 means the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act.
Cash Deposit means a cash security deposit in U.S. dollars held by AT&T-21STATE.
Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.
Cash Back and “Cash Credit” means cash rewards benefit issued by the provider/bank for eligible applications or transactions.
Offered Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(1).
Captive User means the end user of the electricity generated in a Captive Generating Plant and the term “Captive Use” shall be construed accordingly;
Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.
Excess Proceeds With respect to any Liquidated Mortgage Loan, the amount, if any, by which the sum of any Liquidation Proceeds of such Mortgage Loan received in the calendar month in which such Mortgage Loan became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan, net of any amounts previously reimbursed to the Servicer as Nonrecoverable Advance(s) with respect to such Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.11(a)(iii), exceeds (i) the unpaid principal balance of such Liquidated Mortgage Loan as of the Due Date in the month in which such Mortgage Loan became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan plus (ii) accrued interest at the Mortgage Interest Rate from the Due Date as to which interest was last paid or for which a Periodic Advance was made (and not reimbursed) up to the Due Date applicable to the Distribution Date immediately following the calendar month during which such liquidation occurred.
Net Loss Proceeds means, with respect to any Event of Loss, the proceeds in the form of (a) cash or Cash Equivalents and (b) insurance proceeds, condemnation awards or damages awarded by any judgment, in each case received by an Obligor from such Event of Loss net of:
