BA base definition

BA base is defined as Step 1 on Schedule A.

  • Each additional New to District Mentee will be compensated at .0125 of BA base salary.

  • Two percent (2%) of BA base plus twenty-five dollars ($25.00) times the number of full-time equated employees in the department.
