B2B Customer definition

B2B Customer means any customer of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries, any licensee of any software of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries, or any other or person using the products or services of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries.
B2B Customer means any customer of Company for whom Company produces products and/or provides services where such customer partner has its own branded website and its own end consumers.

Examples of B2B Customer in a sentence

  • Promptly following the date hereof, Sellers shall engage AgilOne to segment the NATG United States customer files into B2B Customer files and Consumer Customer files, based upon AgilOne’s criteria set forth on Schedule 8.14.

  • To the Knowledge of the Company, no B2B Customer has received any Violation Claim in connection with its use of the assets or services of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
