B Rate definition

B Rate means that rate which includes the labour and overhead costs in addition to any opportunity cost for hire of the plant.

  • The Issuer shall pay interest on overdue installments of interest at the Class B Rate to the extent lawful.

  • Monthly Claims Limit For any month during the term of this Addendum, the amounts set forth in the Monthly Claims Limit section of Exhibit B (Rate Exhibit) for each Coverage Class and Product Type combination, multiplied by the number of such Coverage Class and Product Type combinations in effect as of the first day of such month.

Related to B Rate

  • Note B Rate means the Note B Rate set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Class B Rate means 0.00% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months).

  • Class A-2b Rate means, for any Distribution Date and the related Accrual Period, the Benchmark for the related Accrual Period plus 0.07% per annum (subject to any related Benchmark Replacement Adjustment); provided, however, that for any Accrual Period for which the sum of the Benchmark for that Accrual Period plus such applicable spread is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2b Rate for that Accrual Period shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • NYFRB Rate means the rate for a federal funds transaction quoted at 11:00 a.m. on such day received by the Administrative Agent from a federal funds broker of recognized standing selected by it; provided, further, that if any of the aforesaid rates as so determined be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
