B Minus means, with respect to ratings by Standard & Poor's Corporation, a rating of B- and, with respect to ratings by ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Investors Service, Inc., a rating of B3, or the equivalent thereof by any substitute agency, as provided in Section 12.10.
