The Term B Commitment of each Term Lender shall be automatically and permanently reduced to $0 upon the funding of Term B Loans to be made by it on the Closing Date.

Once repaid, the Tranche B Loan may not be reborrowed and the Total Tranche B Commitment shall be automatically and permanently reduced by an amount equal to the amount so repaid.
