Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Administrative Director refers to that individual or authorized designee, empowered by the State to make final and binding executive decisions on behalf of the State.
county executive committee member means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to land;
Managing Directors means Mrs Maria Chr. van der Sluijs-Plantz, Mrs Thérèse F.C. Wijnen and Mr Hubertus P.C. Mourits or such other person(s) who may be appointed as Managing Director(s) of the Issuer from time to time.
Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
Chairman-cum-Managing Director means Chairman-cum-Managing Director of any of the Subsidiary Companies of Coal India Limited, presently Central Coalfields Limited, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Western Coalfields Limited, Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited, South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Northern Coalfields Limited and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Associate Director means the associate director of the
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
Public Works Director means the Director of the Department of Public Works of the County of Los Angeles.
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
Public research university means Rutgers, The State University
Board Chair means the chair of the Board;
Committee Chair means the Chair of a Committee;
Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.
Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.
Managing Director means the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India.
Technical Advisory Committee means the external committee to be established and appointed by the Steering Committee to provide technical input for decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee; and
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.
Chief Executive Office State means California, where Borrower’s chief executive office is located.
