AZAP Review Process definition
AZAP Review Process means AstraZeneca’s and its Affiliates’ process for reviewing Marketing Materials and training materials as set forth in Schedule 1.30, as it may be amended from time to time by AstraZeneca and its Affiliates, in their sole discretion, to conform to AstraZeneca’s and its Affiliates’ then-current internal review procedures for similar materials for pharmaceutical products marketed by AstraZeneca and its Affiliates in the Territory.
