OPMAXX definition
OPMAXX or the "COMPANY"). The Original Merger Agreement as amended by this Amendment No. 1 is hereinafter referred to as the "Merger Agreement". Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Original Merger Agreement.
OPMAXX shall have the meaning assigned in the heading of this Agreement.
