  • For payment successfully made via iNETS Kiosk / AXS Stations before 5pm, we will receive your payment and your account will be credited on the next business day.

  • AXS will be responsible for refunding customers entitled to refunds (e.g., for a cancelled Event) who purchased secondary market Event Tickets from a resale seller on the AXS secondary marketplace.
