  • ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND GUARANTEES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE OF TRADE, PRIOR ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS BY AXS GUARD - Able INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF CONDITION OR MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE HEREBY OVERRIDDEN, EXCLUDED, AND DISCLAIMED.
