Axeda means the Axeda Internet of Things software solution product suite (i) in the form existing as of the Closing Date and (ii) in any other form(s) that are, as of the date of this Agreement, supported by Seller or its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Axeda in a sentence

  • DSI is not a party to the License Agreement between Axeda and EFI and has no knowledge of any of the terms or provisions of any such License Agreement.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, upon the reasonable request of Sonic IP, Axeda shall execute any assignments or similar documents necessary to give effect to the intent of this Section 6.5.
