AX CERTIFICATE definition
AX CERTIFICATE. Any one of the Class 1-AX Certificates, executed by the Depositor and authenticated by the Trustee (or, if an Authenticating Agent has been appointed pursuant to Section 4.06, the Authenticating Agent), senior in right of payment to the Class M and Class B Certificates, substantially in the form of the Class A Certificate set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
AX CERTIFICATE. Any one of the Class 3-AX Certificates, executed by the Depositor and authenticated by the Trustee, senior in right of payment to the Class M and Class B Certificates, substantially in the form of the Class A Certificate set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
