Examples of AWS Site in a sentence

  • We may provide any notice to you under this Agreement by: (i) posting a notice on the AWS Site; or (ii) sending a message to the email address then associated with your account.

  • You will pay us the applicable fees and charges for use of the Service Offerings as described on the AWS Site using one of the payment methods we support.

  • Notices we provide by posting on the AWS Site will be effective upon posting and notices we provide by email will be effective when we send the email.

  • Fees and charges for any new Service or new feature of a Service will be effective when we post updated fees and charges on the AWS Site, unless we expressly state otherwise in a notice.

  • It is your responsibility to check the AWS Site regularly for modifications to this Agreement.

  • Organization shall return to Provider or at Provider’s option purge or destroy all copies of any Confidential Information of Provider or the third-party service provider including AWS Content (other than publicly available information on the AWS Site) in its possession or under its control (except as required under any statute or legislation related to retention requirements), and provide a duly authorized certificate of an officer of Organization confirming same within thirty(30) days.

  • We may modify this Agreement (including any Policies) at any time by posting a revised version on the AWS Site or by otherwise notifying you in accordance with Section 13.10; provided, however, that we will provide at least 90 days’ advance notice in accordance with Section 13.10 for adverse changes to any Service Level Agreement.

Related to AWS Site

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Hosting means the act of providing service and access to Client Content by the Internet.
