AWS Service means all services available on the CMS as provided by AWS like AWS Components and AWS Management Console.

AWS Service means AWS’s hosted proprietary cloud services platform, offering compute power, database storage, content delivery and other functionality, together with all software provided or made available by AWS and/or OSU to You to enable You to access and use such service in connection with Your being an employee of OSU or otherwise being invited by OSU to access and use such service. Except for the rights granted in this Agreement, You, have no right, title, or interest in or to the AWS Service. You agree that AWS or its licensors retain all proprietary right, title and interest, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights, in and to the AWS Service and all related technology.

  • Any AWS Managed Services provided under this Section 3.9 will be treated as a ‘Beta Service’ subject to Section 1.10 of the AWS Service Terms available at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/service-terms/.

  • The use of MAXQDA TeamCloud by the Customer is therefore not only governed by these GTC/▇▇▇▇, but is also subject to the AWS Service Terms, available at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/de/service-terms/.

  • Customers can also use Change Management to configure AWS Service Offerings in the Managed Environment.

  • Customers can request information on their Managed Environment, AWS Managed Services, or AWS Service Offerings by submitting Service Requests using the AWS Managed Services Interface.

  • The charges for the AWS Services will ordinarily be billed monthly in arrears with the exception of the Reserved Instance AWS Service which will be billed in whole or in part monthly in advance.
