Examples of AWS Materials in a sentence

  • As a part of the Services, you may have access to AWS Materials and Third Party Materials, which may be subject to additional terms and conditions (including the Terms of Use and Apache Software License).

  • Except as expressly provided in this Section 4, you obtain no rights to the Services, the AWS Materials or any Third Party Materials.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DTCC grants Company a limited, revocable, non- exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, license to do the following during the Term of this Agreement: (a) access and use the DevX Environment and Services solely in accordance with this Agreement, and (b) copy and use the AWS Materials solely in connection with Company’s permitted use of the DevX Environment and Services.

  • In the event of a conflict between these License Terms and any separate license, the separate license will prevail with respect to those AWS Materials.

  • Some AWS Materials may be provided to you under a separate license, such as the Apache License located at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/licenses/ (and any successor or related location), as may be updated from time to time, or other open source license.

  • Some Materials may be provided to Company under a separate license, such as the Apache License, Version 2.0, in which case that license will govern Company’s use of such AWS Materials.

  • The Approved Contractor and Platinum Level Contractor shall have the option of applying for the AWS Materials Warranty by completing the AWS Materials Warranty application and obtaining approval of the AWS Materials Warranty by the Supplier.

Related to AWS Materials

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.
