Dangerous instrument means any instrument, article or substance which, under the circumstances in which it is used or attempted or threatened to be used, is capable of causing death or serious physical injury, and includes a motor vehicle and a dog that has been commanded to attack.
Synchronous instruction means instruction where students engage in learning in the direct presence (remote or in-person) of a teacher in real time.
Asynchronous instruction means instruction where students engage in learning without the direct presence (remote or in-person) of a teacher.
Series Instrument means the series instrument of the Trust, pursuant to which the Administrative Services Agreement, the Coordination Agreement, the Name Licensing Agreement, the Support Agreement, the Terms Agreement and the Trust Agreement are entered into, and certain other documents are executed, in connection with the issuance of the Notes by the Trust.
Existing installation means an installation, construction of which began prior to the effective date of any regulation having application to it.
