AWDT means the twenty-four (24) hour average weekday traffic on a street as determined by the Seattle Engineering Department.
AWDT means the twenty-four (24) hour average weekday traffic on a street as determined by the Director of Seattle Transportation or the Director of the Depart- ment of Construction and Land Use in consultation with the Director of Seattle Transportation.
