Award Rate definition

Award Rate means the amount of cash, expressed as a percentage of a Participant’s Base Salary as determined by the Committee.
Award Rate means, for purposes of making the Floor Awards pursuant to Article 5, the amount of stock awarded to a Participant either expressed as a percentage of a Participant's Total Cash Compensation or in an amount as determined by the Committee.
Award Rate means, for purposes of making Incentive Awards pursuant to Article 9, the amount of cash awarded to a Participant, expressed as a percentage of a Participant’s Base Salary as determined by the Committee.

  • Where an employee is in receipt of a rate of pay which exceeds the Award Rate Per Week prescribed in sub-clause (1) hereof, whether such payment is being made by virtue of any order, industrial agreement or other agreement or arrangements, then such rate will be deemed to be inclusive of the Supplementary Payment.

  • Supported Wage RatesEmployees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Award for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: Assessed Capacity (subclause 4.2.4)% of Prescribed Award Rate (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $64.00 per week).

More Definitions of Award Rate

Award Rate means the amount payable to a Baking Employee Level 3 under the LHMU and Tip Top Bakeries (NSW) Enterprise Award 2004 made on 22 October 2004 by Commissioner Macdonald in IRC 5812 of 2004 or any successor to that Award.
Award Rate means the amount payable to a Baking Industry Employee Level 3 under the LHMU and Tip Top Bakeries (NSW) Enterprise Award published 26 July 2002 (335 I.G. 463) and any successor Award.

Related to Award Rate

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.

  • Maximum Award means as to any Participant for any Performance Period, $4 million.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.

  • Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation means all Incentive-based Compensation Received by an Executive Officer (i) on or after the effective date of the applicable Nasdaq rules, (ii) after beginning service as an Executive Officer, (iii) who served as an Executive Officer at any time during the applicable performance period relating to any Incentive-based Compensation (whether or not such Executive Officer is serving at the time the Erroneously Awarded Compensation is required to be repaid to the Company), (iv) while the Company has a class of securities listed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association, and (v) during the applicable Clawback Period (as defined below).

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Performance Compensation Award means any Award designated by the Committee as a Performance Compensation Award pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Cash Incentive Award means a cash award granted pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan.

  • Grant Award The Provider is required to match the grant award as required in the rules implementing the Federal Victims of Crime Act. Match contributions equal to 20 percent (cash or in-kind) of the total cost of each VOCA project (VOCA grant funds plus match contributions) must be reported monthly to the OAG. All funds designated as match contributions are restricted in the same manner and to be expended for the same uses as the VOCA victim assistance grant funds and must be expended within the grant period. Unless otherwise approved by the OAG, match contributions must be reported on a monthly basis in an amount consistent with the amount of funding requested for reimbursement.

  • Incentive-Based Compensation means any compensation that is granted, earned or vested based wholly or in part upon the attainment of a Financial Reporting Measure.

  • Annual Incentive Award means an Award made subject to attainment of performance goals (as described in Section 14) over a performance period of up to one year (the Company’s fiscal year, unless otherwise specified by the Committee).

  • Award Year means a fiscal year beginning January 1 and ending December 31 with respect to which an Award may be granted.

  • Average Monthly Compensation means the quotient determined by dividing the sum of the Employee’s then current Base Salary (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) and the greater of the most recently paid Incentive Compensation (as defined in Section 4.2 hereof) or the average of Incentive Compensation paid over the three most recent years by twelve.

  • Adjusted CD Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).
