Award Rate definition

Award Rate means, for purposes of making the Floor Awards pursuant to Article 5, the amount of stock awarded to a Participant either expressed as a percentage of a Participant's Total Cash Compensation or in an amount as determined by the Committee.
Award Rate means the amount of cash, expressed as a percentage of a Participant’s Base Salary as determined by the Committee.
Award Rate means, for purposes of making Incentive Awards pursuant to Article 9, the amount of cash awarded to a Participant, expressed as a percentage of a Participant’s Base Salary as determined by the Committee.

Examples of Award Rate in a sentence

  • If the Award Rate is higher then the Employer will ensure that the Employee’s payment for the day is at least $1 above the equivalent payment calculated by reference to the Award Rate.

  • When the substitute day is taken the PGEs will be paid seven (7) hours at the Grade 2 at the Overtime/Adjusted Award Rate at Clause 25.7.

  • All subsequent casual employees with less than 2 years industry experience employed after the signing of this Agreement will be paid at the probation rate (Award Rate) for the first six (6) months of their employment.

  • Sick Leave taken will be paid at the Award Rate of pay at the time taken.

  • Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change based on a change in either the Miles Award Rate or the estimated value.

  • The amount paid by the Association in addition to the Award Rate to make up the Going Rate.

Related to Award Rate

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.

  • Award Cycle means a period of consecutive fiscal years or portions thereof designated by the Committee over which Performance Units are to be earned.

  • Average Incentive Compensation means the average of the annual incentive compensation under Subparagraph 3(a) received by Executive for the three (3) immediately preceding fiscal years or such fewer number of complete fiscal years as Executive may have been employed by the Company. In no event shall “Average Incentive Compensation” include any sign-on bonus, retention bonus or any other special bonus. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Executive breaches any of the provisions contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of this Agreement, all payments of the Severance Amount shall immediately cease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason as provided in Subparagraph 6(e), he shall be entitled to the Severance Amount only if he provides the Notice of Termination provided for in Subparagraph 6(f) within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of the event or events which constitute such Good Reason as specified in clauses (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) and (F) of Subparagraph 6(e);

  • Maximum Award means as to any Participant for any Performance Period, $4 million.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.
