Award Levels definition

Award Levels means and includes, for each Award, a minimum, target and/ or maximum level based on a percentage of the Participant's Base Salary at which the Participant may earn an incentive payment under this Plan.
Award Levels. Award levels will vary with organizational level: For the _____________________________________ of First Merchants Corporation and First Merchants Bank, the maximum bonus will be ____% of base salary. The actual bonus will be calculated according to the attached schedules. The _________________ will not be eligible to participate in the bank-wide Employee Performance Bonus Plan of First Merchants Bank. ANNUAL Beginning in 1997, the current year (1997) will have a WEIGHTING: weight of 60% and the average of the two previous years will have a weight of 40%. For purposes of calculating the current year bonus, the percentage of maximum payout will be used in the weighting calculation. FORM OF AWARD: Payout will be in cash; there will be no deferral or vesting provisions. AWARD TIMING: Awards will be made not later than the 15th day of the month following the month in which the audited financial statement is delivered.

Related to Award Levels

  • Award Cycle means a period of consecutive fiscal years or portions thereof designated by the Committee over which Performance Units are to be earned.

  • Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.

  • Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:
