AWARD Information means information at any time deposited or contained in AWARD;
AWARD Information includes, but is not limited to, documentation relating to the following for Subcontractor and each of Subcontractor’s sub-tier subcontractors: (1) the project name; (2) name and address of the Subcontractor; (3) contractor with whom the Subcontractor is under contract;

AWARD Information. Grantee: Grant Date: Number of Shares of Restricted Stock Awarded: WHAT IS A RESTRICTED STOCK AWARD? A Restricted Stock Award is a grant of shares of common stock, par value $0.01, of the Company ("Shares"), but your right to receive the Shares is subject to a risk of forfeiture and other restrictions that will lapse or "vest" upon the occurrence of certain events. We call the Shares subject to this Restricted Stock Award "Restricted Stock." Until the vesting requirements are satisfied, your Restricted Stock will be credited to an account maintained for you by the Company. The Company will deliver unrestricted shares to you within 60 days after the last day of the month in which applicable vesting requirements are satisfied. You will not receive certificates for the Restricted Stock unless and until the vesting requirements are satisfied.

If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.
